Certificate - marriage to John Wiseman

I ordered the marriage certificate of Hannah and Her second Husband John Wiseman. Her first Husband John Houghton who is our direct ancestor died in 1840 and the state was not issuing marriage certificates when he married Hannah.
When the certificate came and I had a chance to look it over a couple details became apparent that might prove helpful helpful for future research. First, the occupation of hannah's father is listed as "Sailor." This is piece of information that we did not have before and it makes sense because Hannah was born in a coastal area (Winteron, Norfolk, England). Also current finding suggest that her parents were married in a coastal town as well (Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, England). The second clue is the name of "Hannah Dawson" in the witness category. This person who signed her mark as witness to the wedding is most likely Hannah's Mother. Who was also named Hannah. If this turns out to be true, it will be another piece of evidence that her mother was still living and that she was still going by the last name Dawson at the time the certificate was written. This is important because in Grandpa George's History, He refers to Hannah's Mother as "Hannah Mary Ann Aldous." As we search for this woman in the census records, this bit of information could be helpful in which surnames we should be looking for.

My name is Dixie Heiner. My mother in-law is Hannah Naomi Parson Heiner of Ogden, Utah. She is the greatgranddaughter of John Wiseman & Hannah Mary Ann Dawson. Hannah Naomi passed away 12 Feb 2011 at the age of 91 years. She gave me all her family photos. However she could not remember who any of them were. There is no writing on the backs. However I do know they are Wisemans. She got them from her grandmother Hannah Wiseman Born in 1848. One pictures has some writing. It says, " For Old Lang Zan. Mary Ann Houghton." Picture taken in Norwich, Norfolk.... By the way she is dressed, It looks to be taken about 1860-1875. She is a very pretty woman about 50-65 years of age. It could be Hannah Mary Ann Dawson Houghton Wisman or Mary Ann Houghton Nicholas....
Hope Someone can help. Contact me at dipseydoodle47@Gmail.com Be patient with me I am very slow to read my mail.
